If you have the encryption key/password/recovery key, you should be able to access this drive on a separate computer.

I guess it depends if you have easy access to it as well as a spare SATA/M.2 to USB adapter laying around, and trust the contents. You could always just plug it into a separate computer and rename the files as well assuming the drive is not encrypted. Saw this online, not really sure if CMD recovery qualifies, but manage-bde -unlock C: -RecoveryPassword YOUR-BITLOCKER-RECOVERY-KEY should theoretically unlock the drive from recovery and allow you to change things? I would test it, but I don't have a Bitlocker enabled computer sitting around. If you have a windows installation USB sitting around, you can bypass the admin account, at least, used to be able to. If you're lucky, you may even get to do the admin account activation/reset from there as well. You should be able to boot into CMD recovery (pending if they block it with an admin account), and then change to OS Drive, then copy and rename utilman/cmd from there (unless Microsoft fixed this one.?). Once again, you need to have a recognizable boot partition and have a local admin account to target.

Some partition utilities allow you to create a bootable USB and directly modify admin accounts on the OS, you can just activate/reset any local admin account password to what you want from there. Edit: If you don't have the bitlocker information, I believe all of my advice is useless.
